Eric always responded on time and was pulling listings every day and letting me know of opportunities the moment they showed up. He talks with many people that he meets in different communities we visit to get more of an inside scoop on properties and projects nearby. I was the lender on a very tough deal that had all kinds of surprises along the way. But he stayed calm which kept everyone else calm and by closing all were happy!
